Event Artwork Guidelines
Recommendations for creating artwork that looks great across cards, headers, and galleries. Use these as a quick reference when designing SVGs, banners, and promotional images.
Header / Hero Artwork
Hero images should use wide, cinematic compositions that work well in a 16:9 ratio. Keep the main subject toward the upper portion of the frame so it remains visible when overlays or titles appear.
- Recommended size: 960 × 540px (16:9) or larger with the same ratio
- Keep the primary subject within the top 60% of the frame
- Leave the bottom 20% relatively clear for titles or overlays
- Use simple compositions with a strong focal point
Gallery & Promotional Images
Gallery images often appear as small thumbnails before being opened full screen. Design imagery so it remains clear, balanced, and visually strong at both small and large sizes.
- Recommended upload: 1080 × 1350px (4:5) for portrait imagery
- Keep key content within the center 60% of the image
- Avoid dense text or fine details that will not read in thumbnails
- Maintain a consistent visual style across image sets
File Formats & Quality

Brand Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines when using Sociable brand assets to ensure consistent and professional representation.
Logo Usage
Always maintain the logo's aspect ratio and proportions. Do not stretch, distort, or modify the logo in any way. Ensure clear space around the logo equal to at least 20% of its height.
Color Usage
Our primary brand color is #7857ff and should be used consistently across materials. The logo should appear in black on light backgrounds and white on dark backgrounds.
Minimum Size
To maintain clarity and legibility, the logo should never appear smaller than 24px in height for digital use or 0.5 inches for printed materials.
Do Not
Do not rotate the logo, apply effects, change its colors, or place it on busy backgrounds. Avoid using the logo as part of a sentence or phrase.
