At Sociable, user safety is our highest priority. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or related content. Our platform is for adults only, and minors are not permitted to register or use our services.
We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all relevant laws to prevent, detect, and report child exploitation. Any violations will result in immediate action, including content removal, account termination, and reporting to authorities.
We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.All reports or discoveries of CSAE will be treated with the highest priority and urgency.
CSAE includes any content or activity involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or harm of minors, such as grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or any other form of abuse.
Any content promoting or depicting sexual harm to minors is strictly forbidden and will be removed immediately.
Accounts involved in such activities will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

We urge all users to report any violation of these Standards. Sociable provides multiple reporting mechanisms:
3.1 In-APP Reporting
Users can report an event or user profile by selecting the options button (“…”) and selecting the “Report User/Event” option available on every Event or User Profile including Event Cards.
Upon selecting “Report User/Event” users are prompted to choose a reason for the report and provide additional details.
Our governance team will be immediately notified for review and action.

4.1 Content Removal and Investigation
Any detected or reported child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be promptly removed in accordance with legal requirements and platform policies.

Violating these Standards may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and, if necessary, referral to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to take any necessary action to uphold these Standards.

When necessary, we provide relevant data and support to ensure offenders are held accountable.
We may update these Standards at any time to comply with evolving laws, regulations, and best practices for preventing child sexual exploitation. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent changes.
By continuing to use our platform after an update takes effect, you agree to abide by the revised Standards.
